Assist-Travel/Transport
At YesAbility Community Services, we provide assistance to our clients in getting from one location to another, where through our trained staff can transport them to and from their places.Transport supports include training to use public transport or personal transport-related assistance. Our experienced and trained staff guide/trained them to be independent for the travel with safety precaution.We ensure that our not only is our client able to get from one point to another but also help to build their capacity to travel independently. This type of support is based on the participant’s disability support needs for example:

Community Nursing Care
Depending on the kind of disability, participants require various kinds of medical care and attention. The community nursing care program by YesAbility Community Services prescribes the need for participants to become independent when it comes to their health, as a major part of the program. Through the community nursing care program, participants are trained on how to take care of their health in scenarios such as medication, wound care, hygiene, and help with showering or dressing. There is usually a registered nurse or medical practitioner appointed who will monitor the patient’s progress and will amend the treatment and medication accordingly.

Household Tasks
YesAbility Services can assist you with Household Tasks of daily life. We will sort out any essential Household tasks that you are not able to perform independently. Essential cleaning is offered across all areas that are extensively used by our clients within their home. As a rule, if you can’t perform a task – like vacuuming, cleaning, home and garden maintenance, mowing the lawn, cleaning, laundry – because of your disability, then YesAbility Community Services support workers can have that sorted for you. Community Participation
